Our exchange student, Chiara, got her first opportunity to update us on her journey so far. She has a list of things that she still wants to do - like going skiing and visiting Vancouver, to name a few - so if you are going skiing or going on a trip - and have room for one more person - then don't hesitate to call Chiara.
This week's meeting will be hosted by President-Elect Stuart Dickson and the guest speaker will be Dr. Carla Nash - she will be talking about intestinal ultrasonography.
New fundraiser: President-Elect Stuart Dickson is chairing the Committee for a new fundraiser - it's a Bollywood Gala - to be held on Saturday, February 2nd at 6pm at Okanagan Mission Community Hall. It will be an evening of fun, fellowship, great good, music and dance. Tickets are $150/person or a table of 8 for $1,200. For tickets or more information, contact Stuart.
