Our Club meeting last week, August 8, saw outbound student, AJ, speak about his soon to be adventure to Belgium along with Doctors Jenkins and Adams from Lighthouse Chiropractic share about spinal health and making the last decade of life great.
AJ shared his enthusiasm about his upcoming exchange trip to Belgium and spoke about how he feels about his adventure - a mixture of excitement and a bit of trepidation. He is planning on bringing his hoops with him so that he can share his hoop dance, and is a bit unsure of how he is going to pack his life into 1 suitcase for the next year. AJ also spoke about his gratitude to the Club for all of the donations and fundraising that made this trip possible for him; he is very thankful and looking forward to a year that's sure to be full of adventure.
Doctor Graham Jenkins and Doctor Ken Adams from Lighthouse Chiropractic made a presentation to the Club on the importance of spinal health and making the last 10 years of life enjoyable.
